1 thick bloody booger everytime I have a nose bleed?

Ive had chronic nose bleeds since I can remember. It's on and off like every few years cuz I don't have enough iron. And I have 1 every once and a while but there starting to come back a little. But every time I ALWAYS have 1 large thick bloody booger or I think it's a booger. Idk if if makes a difference but I can can make it and blood come out of my mouth or nose. All I wanted to no is if it is a booger and y is it every single time I have a nose bleed
