Why did some Chinese Dynasties stay near the Huang He (Yellow River)?

Because it is on the banks of these rivers that agricultural activities thrived, especially at the Yellow River, due to the large amount of loess carried by the river and continuously deposited along the bottom of the river's channel. Furthermore, trade and commerce flourished. Hence, dynasties staying near the Yellow River would give them strategic advantage.
