38 weeks and 2 days, 2nd baby,?

i lost my mucus plug couple days ago, and am now 2 1/2 cm dialated, i had an incident last night, and i went to the hospital, and thats when she said 2 1/2, and i was having some contractions. and was released this morning. ever since i beraly feel my baby moving, i havent felt any movement until 20 mins ago, he twitched like twice, and moved slowly a little bit.. and hasnt since then, as im typing im having a contraction.. and it hurts bad, its like a pain on the left side of my belly. thats where the contraction is. i called labor and delievery they wanted to check me but after i got off the phone is when my little booger twitched then moved a little bit. but nothing since.. what should i do? this is #2,. last one is now 15 1/2 months old. (: i dotn want to go to the dang hospital and be put in a triage room, its like a big room with 7 different sections, and curtain rooms, and i hate going there for nothing and getting told to go home.
