Best place for noisy camping in Oregon/Washington?

A group of us in our mid-20s are planning a camping trip but want to find a nice place that is isolated so that we can stay up late and not worry about noise. No nearby bathrooms or facilities required. Just great scenery and nobody to disturb. We live in Portland, OR so the only requirement is that it's within 3-4 hours driving distance. Ideally, it would be located near a river, lake, or ocean. Thank you for your ideas!
