Nose Piercing Helpp, Just got it done!?

I got my nose done yesterday and I absolutely LOVE it. I was never told cleaning instructions for it and I was told to turn it a few times a day to make sure the skin didn’t heal to tight around the stud.. I have an L shaped stud and I hate it. When is too early to change the stud? It makes me look like I have a booger hanging out my nose and I always feel like I need to blow my nose when really it’s just the stud rubbing against the inside.. My real question though is that when I look at it, there’s dry blood around the gem part of the stud, and it almost looks like it is sinking into my nose.. Is this normal at all? I didn’t have it pierced with the gun, just a needle and it didn’t hurt much.. I’ve forgotten about it a few times and rubbed my nose which hurt alot, and sleeping doesn’t help it much either.. Should I just put a round bandage on it when I sleep.. but put a bit of cleaning stuff in the pad inside the bandage so it cleanses it while I sleep?
