I HATE my brother!? Please give me advice!?

Ok he's 7 and I'm 13. Before you nagg me saying how he's young and I'm way older that him, read the the rest first. He's always been an annoying little booger, but lately, I hate to say it, but I AM starting to hate him. My father doesn't even care how this idiot treats me. For example, I had some friends over, and he decided to be a ***** and tell them I walk around naked, even though I don't. Another time I had a friend over and we were driving somewhere with my dad and brother, and then my brother whispers in my friends ear, "amelia (my name) has a hairy vagina". It's like OMG how does he know that!? And my dad just LAUGHS!! ugh!! And all he does all day is talk in his "annoying" voice and try to annoy me. Never one time throughout the day can he be calm, normal, and just TALK. Whenever he ISN'T trying to annoy the hell outta me, he's whining and crying. He even says "my duty in life is to annoy amelia." and another time I had some friends sleeping over and he gets his nerf gun and shoots us. Last night I was watching him and it was his bed time, and he REFUSED to go to bed and was throwing a royal fit because I wouldn't scratch his BACK. omg. That's seriously ALL HE DOES. annoy people. Me along with my sisters dislike him with a passion. My friends don't like coming over because my brother is literally all over them being annoying. I can't take it anymore. Please tell me what to do.
