Can a CTI in the Navy be stationed in Oregon?

I will be attending DLI starting in November this year. I know depending on the language I could be there for a year+, but when I finally get stationed, is it at all possible to be stationed in Oregon? I looked up all the Navy bases in the USA and the closest base is in Everett Washington, which is 3 1/2 hours away from Portland. But, there is a Coast Guard base in Salem Oregon. Could I be stationed there? My fiancee lives in Portland, and he's not sure he is willing to move around so much, so I would like to live as close to him as possible. Could this work?
