What should I do about and annoying guest?

there is this annoying guest at my house she is really annoying she dose what ever she wants takes my bike uses my laptop my mum says to be nice to her because where she comes its normal but i cant take and her brother picks his nose now all my pens and pencils are booger covered right now she is complying like a drunk retard because i wont let her use the laptop.she doesn't even know how to use it she told me she wanted a website called Y-city but i couldn't find it so i let her write it and it came out Y3! and i know what you guys will say its just one day. WRONG it 5 days! please help me gtg the devil calls!
