Vaginal Discharge?????

I have vaginal discharge, It's clear'ish and really sticky (sorry gross) it's almost sticky like a booger. (this sounds really gross and I'm sorry) but is that normal?? It happens randomly, and after I masturbate. is this normal to have happen?
