Acs Xerox job opportunity?

OK so i read some bad reviews about this company. I live in portland oregon and i was wondering, is it really that bad there? I mean. I currently work at subway and i get treated like crap already. The employees are all new. We've been working there for about 2 weeks and out of the 8 people that were originally hired, 3 have already quit. When I say we get treated like crap, I mean straight up S***. Sooo onto my main question, is it worth quitting my current job to pursue acs? both jobs pay the same.
