I want to know which school i should go to?

I want to go to a paul mitchell school but i cant decide whether i want to go to the partner school in everette washington or the non partner school in portland oregon. I love seattle but, im afraid i wont get the same oppurtunities if i go to the partner school. I want to eventually do hair and makeup for photoshoots and magazines and things so if you were me which one would you go to?
