My rabbit had an eye booger ?

He's perfectly fine. Just as humans sometimes get "eye boogers" which is little more than dirt and grime your blinking relfex flushes out, other animal species with advanced optics also get. He's fine to be inside as long as all of your fumes are not able to be smelled and YOU can comfortably stay inside and breathe fine.
