Booger like discharge???!!! ?

So I'm 14 and I don't know how long my cycle is because I'm really irregular. Today is day 35 of my cycle and I haven't started yet. Sometimes its 28 or 31 or 41 or 46 ir even 21. For the past few days I've been having large boogery clumps and also a bit of cramping. Is this ovulation or will I start in the next couple of days?
