Could this be an Std or a UTI?

I have had pain when urinating for about a week now. It only happens right before I finish peeing. The pain is not a burning sensastion but feels more like when you have to pee really really bad and finally get to go. My urethra or pee hole recently had pus come out of it but it was not green or yellow, it looked just like a booger or like regular brownish/creamish pus. My urethra is not itching or burning but I have woke up every night and felt as if I was going to pee on myself and had to rush to the bathroom and after I pee my urethra throbs almost as though it cant relax. I have not had any blood in my urine but it does have a stronger smell to it. My vagina has had no abnormal discharge besides the pus like substance that came out of my pee hole and it was not a large amount of pus. My vagina has smelled awful though. I also have had itching around my vaginal opening but everything looks normal and it only itches after urination. Does this sound like a UTI/bladder infection or Chlamydia or what? I have never had an Std/UTI/bladder infection or anything at all.
