Is there a psychiatric clinic in Portland Oregon that accepts walk-ins?

I am in dire need of a Psychiatrist to examine/ prescribe me some form of antidepressant. I need to see a doctor and get meds in the next few days at the least. Is there a walk-in clinic around the Portland area? I've seen other doctors before, and I know I have depression, insomnia, anxiety and I'm Bipolar. My symptoms have been getting much worse and I need help, fast.
