What's the name of that glue that looks like a booger, but it doesn't rip or tear paper? Let me explain?

Aiight, so there's this glue stuff that they use to stick a credit card on a piece of paper (whenever you get a credit card in the mail, you'll know what I'm talking about). It's stuck on paper by this glue stuff, but you can peel it right off, and it ends up looking like a booger, but it doesn't rip or tear the paper a all. It's really good stuff. What's it called?
