Where can I find the best selection of FELT road bikes in Oregon or SW Washington?

I live an hour south of Portland and would like to pick up a nice full carbon bike for a good deal this fall/winter. What store(s) has the biggest selection of Felt road bikes in my area? And when do the new year models come out? I assume that is the best time to get a sweet deal on the old models. I want the best bike/pedals/shoes I can get for around $1500.
