Where is the best place here in oregon to learn kung fu?

ok im 15 and i want ot learn kung fo but i dont really know where it would be the best place to go in portland oregon, but like i would like to learn like one on one with my trainer if possible, and do u know maybe how much would it be to have a personal kung fu trainer.
