Which University Is Better: OSU or Portland State?

I'm a teenager and not yet ready for college. But, I want to know which college would be better for someone who wants to become a writer: OSU or Portland State. I've looked at their websites and they both seem like really good schools. I really need help deciding because I also want to know about the student life there, too.
