Girls Only! Please Help!?

Okay, um this is really embaressing to ask but i really dont want to ask my mom about it unless i really dont have any other option. I'm 13 and just today i notices this weird stuff in my underwear, i havent had my period ever but i hav been getting that pre-period stuff, like the white stuff for quite a while. Usually its just like thick and white but now its kinda like a booger, its all stringy but its still white... Also, i dont know if this has anything to do with it but yesterday it burned when i peed also im absolutely not sexually active or anything soo..... Please help! Im kinda scared.
