Why is my nose sore and raw?

sounds to me like u blew your nose and wiped it so much it got raw and blistered a lil there are things you can buy over the counter at wal mart even to help keep the outside and inside moisturized due to over blowing etc happens to me all the time its a lightweight gel nothing you have to stick up your nose and nothing greasy just like an aloe vera solution u may even just get some aloe vera gel
