How do I fix a mistake I made on my already sent MPN?

For college I had to fill out an mpn, no my finacial guy told me to put down le cordon bleu austin, even though I was going to portland, now because there was no portland option i did it. Turns out its western culinary school I needed to apply for. So now i have 2 mpn's one useless but still pending
