Personal question for ladies?

Okay, so I've got a little problem. I've noticed that when I go to the bathroom and I wipe there is a long, stringy, slimy, white tubular thing that comes out. It pulls and its really long. It sorta reminds me of a booger or snot. I thought at first it might be discharge.. But I'm not really sure. Just asking for a little advice on what it might be? I'm not exactly worried, just checkin. Thanks. (:
